Our Play Parks

We’ve got three incredible play areas for younger guests to explore at Kielder Waterside.

The first forms part of our magnificent art and architecture collect (which is also the largest outdoor gallery in the UK!). Play Garden is a playscape encouraging curiosity and an inquisitive mind, featuring a walled garden for little ones and forest follies in a wilder setting for older children.

The form of the cottage, barn and castle suggests past lives of this agricultural and military landscape while a route through the play area is marked by a line of steel poles connecting the suite to the flat expanse of Kielder Water in the background.
